Try to turn off the projector and remove all the cables. Clean the ports of the projector and the wires as well. Dust build-up can block the signal from the cables. Carefully attach the cables to the projector and your device. Make sure that it is secure. If it doesn’t work, try to connect to the projector wirelessly. If it is connected, there is a problem with the cable. The best solution is to replace it.
