It is normal for the massage gun to create noise. However, if it is too loud and has a rattling sound different from before, there might be small loose parts inside the massage gun creating the noises. Have an expert look at it and try to assemble it back. If the expert suggests a replacement instead of repair and the product is still under warranty, contact us.
