The first thing to do is to check if the volume is all the way up. If a device is connected to the projector, try to disconnect it first and test the volume. You can also check the audio cable connections from the projector to your device. Try to use a different port for the HDMI cable. If it still doesn’t work, try a different HDMI cable.
