There is no display even if it’s brand new (after connecting the projector to the computer).

If you are connecting your projector to your computer with cables, make sure that the cables are properly attached and the settings on your computer are set to duplicate. If you are connecting wirelessly, make sure your device is compatible with the mirroring system so that the projector can project what’s on your screen.
