- Q: I have problems with image contrast
- A: Check the surface of the screen. If there are accumulated dirt and impurities, those could reduce the reflectiveness of the projector screen. You can have a wet cloth and a mild soap to wipe down the dirt. Make sure not to wipe aggressively. Immediately clean any dirt so it won’t stain the projector screen.
- Q: Can ABIS projector screens support different projectors?
- A: We prefer our customers having the freedom of choice. ABIS Projector Screens cater to different projectors, including the ABIS HD8K Home and HD8K Business Edition Projectors. All ABIS Electric Projector Screens can support all projectors ranging from CRTs to 2K, 4K, 8K and Full HD project
- Q: Projection causing eye strains/ straining display
- A: This one can be solved by limiting your exposure or taking breaks when looking at projector screens and the image projections. You can reduce eye strain by looking away from the projector screen for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes of exposure.

Please ensure you take your room measurements before ordering our items. Purchases of these items are treated as final with no return policy. You can return other purchased products within 30 days (for hand dryers) and 14 days (for the rest of the products) from the date of receiving the product.
