How to Factory Reset Your ABIS Smart Clothes Airer

A factory reset is a useful troubleshooting step if your airer is not responding, not connecting to Wi-Fi, or if you want to reconfigure it with a new network. Follow the steps below to reset your airer to its factory settings.


Step 1: Ensure the Airer is Powered On

  1. Make sure your ABIS Smart Clothes Airer is plugged into a working power outlet and turned on.

  1. The sync button is the centre button on the front of the plug.

    • The light may continue to blink for a few seconds as the reset completes.
  2. When the indicator light stops blinking or returns to its default state, the airer has been successfully reset.

Step 5: Reconnect to the Smart Life App

After the factory reset, you’ll need to reconnect your airer to the Smart Life app to set it up again.

  1. Open the Smart Life app on your smartphone.
  2. Tap the “+” (plus) icon to add a new device.
  3. Follow the instructions in the app to reconnect the airer to your Wi-Fi and complete the setup.
