- Q: How does the projector screen and projector work together in a bundle?
- A: The HD8K projector has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080p and is equipped with a powerful lamp that allows a wide and sharp image up to Full HD resolution. The top-quality white matte backed by a thick black background of the projector screen ensures that the projected images of HD8K projectors won’t be blurred thus ensuring great quality. Whatever resolution is being flashed by the HD8K projector, the ABIS projector screens are able to reflect it without losing any quality.
- Q: How to flip the screen?
- A: You can flip the image from the remote control.
- Q: Blurred display and details on complex images (quality is okay on the projector side)
- A: Projections on the projector screen should be detailed and clear to see. Reduced sharpness in the details or distortion of the image projection could be due to wrinkles or waves on the screen’s surface that distorts images. Make sure to check for wrinkles on the screen, you should also check if the screen has dirt or dust accumulation that could affect the image quality. Otherwise the problem could be with the matte paint on the screen and you will be needing expert help as it is not be advisable to fix it on your own.
Shipping and Returns
NO RETURN POLICY – We do not accept returns on PROJECTOR BUNDLES. All purchases of projector bundles are final and non-refundable. If you have received a product that is faulty, we will repair or replace the product accordingly without any refunds for this product.

All shipping to UK mainland is FREE of charge. All orders placed before 1.30 pm are processed the same working day for a FREE next working day delivery. Shipping outside the UK mainland may take around 3 to 5 working days. Shipping outside the UK mainland is chargeable and you can view the prices while checking out.
Europe and Global Shipping Charges:
Outside the UK Mainland, Europe and global shipping have minimum charges for each product. Please add the product to the cart and process your payment. It takes around 7 to 10 working days for shipping outside the UK and globally.

Returns Policy:
We at ABIS are committed to providing you with the best of our products and services. If, however, due to certain reasons you’d like to return the products that you have purchased from us, here are the various policies in regards to the Return.
PROJECTOR SCREENS, PROJECTOR BUNDLE DEALS and CLOTHES AIRERS cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement once purchased. Please ensure you take your room measurements before ordering our items. Purchases of these items are treated as final with no return policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
You can return other purchased products within 30 days (for hand dryers) and 14 days (for the rest of the products) from the date of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

Shipping Collections:
We do not have any shipping collection services for any of our items. If you would like to return a unit, please arrange your own shipping with your own insurance.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will process a refund for the original item returned back to us.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
