Shipping and Returns
NO RETURN POLICY – We do not accept returns on PROJECTOR BUNDLES. All purchases of projector bundles are final and non-refundable. If you have received a product that is faulty, we will repair or replace the product accordingly without any refunds for this product.

UK Shipping Charges:
All shipping to UK mainland is FREE of charge. All orders placed before 1.30 pm are processed the same working day for a FREE next working day delivery. Shipping outside the UK mainland may take around 3 to 5 working days. Shipping outside the UK mainland is chargeable and you can view the prices while checking out.
Europe and Global Shipping Charges:
Outside the UK Mainland, Europe and global shipping have minimum charges for each product. Please add the product to the cart and process your payment. It takes around 7 to 10 working days for shipping outside the UK and globally. If you still require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns Policy:
We at ABIS are committed to providing you with the best of our products and services. If, however, due to certain reasons you’d like to return the products that you have purchased from us, here are the various policies in regards to the Return. PROJECTOR SCREENS, PROJECTOR BUNDLE DEALS and CLOTHES AIRERS cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement once purchased. Please ensure you take your room measurements before ordering our items. Purchases of these items are treated as final with no return policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can return other purchased products within 30 days (for hand dryers) and 14 days (for the rest of the products) from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us using the contact form from our contact us page only. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions as required.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Remote controls, projector lamps, internal electrical parts, or components are also non-returnable. PROJECTOR SCREENS, PROJECTOR BUNDLE DEALS and CLOTHES AIRERS cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement once purchased. Please ensure you take your room measurements before ordering our items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Collections:
We do not have any shipping collection services for any of our items. If you would like to return a unit, please arrange your own shipping with your own insurance.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will process a refund for the original item returned back to us.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
