All orders received before 1.30 pm will be processed the same working day. The delivery is the next working day within the UK mainland, 3 to 5 working days for the rest of the UK and 7 to 10 working days globally. 

All orders are updated daily. You will receive a tracking number within the same working day for orders placed before 1.30pm. This will be emailed to you automatically. 

Our return policies vary form product to product. Projector screens and clothes airers are non returnable products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Projector screens, projector bundles and clothes Airers are non-returnable products. Once a purchase has been made, it is final and cannot be cancelled or returned. If the product is damaged on delivery, we will assist you to fix or replace the unit. 

To start a return, you can contact us using the form on this page ensuring you fill-up the order ID. If your return is accepted, we will be replying with a response and instructions for the returns. 

Any return sent to us without prior discussion or authorisation by one of our advisors, items will be disposed of without any notice due to safety and anti crime regulations.

All ABIS products have a minimum of 12 months warranty. If there is a fault with the product within the warranty period, please contact us using the form on this page. We will inspect the product and advise/repair it accordingly.

Yes, we do, please add your product to the cart and proceed to the checkout to view your shipping prices. We do not ship our projector screens and clothes airers outside the UK due to the size of the product. It takes around 7 to 10 working for delivery anywhere outside the UK globally.
